Job summary

The Neurodiversity Center of Princeton is seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide individual and/or family therapy for children, teens, and adults in a neurodiversity-affirming setting. This part-time, in-person role offers flexibility for a hybrid arrangement and focuses on strengths-based, collaborative care.

You will work with clients to support emotional well-being, self-understanding, and skill development while coordinating with families and other providers as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Licensed in New Jersey (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• Experience with neurodivergent clients preferred.
• In-person sessions required; hybrid option may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or family therapy to children, teens, and adults.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Support clients in anxiety, emotional regulation, executive functioning.
• Adapt therapy to neurodiversity-affirming practices.
• Collaborate with families and other providers.
