We support telemedicine and in-person care with strong work/life balance. Candidates must be fully licensed (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT in Indiana) and experienced with adults and/or children/adolescents.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Indiana.
• Experience working with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Hybrid role with both telemedicine and in-person clinics.

Responsibilities
