Job summary

LifeStance Health in Indiana is actively seeking Licensed Therapists to join our growing clinical team. This hybrid role supports the launch of our new office in South Bend, with flexible schedules and a no-night or weekend requirement in outpatient settings.

You must hold an active Indiana license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT and have experience with adults and/or youths. We offer a competitive compensation model up to $107,000 per year, sign-on bonus, 100% outpatient care, telemedicine options,

Qualifications

• Active Indiana license: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT. (must hold current licensure)
• Experience delivering therapy to adults and/or youths
• Hybrid role requiring in-person and telehealth sessions

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy to adults and/or children/adolescents.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and use digital tools for care coordination.
• Maintain clinical documentation, privacy, and licensure compliance.
