Job summary

LifeStance Health in Indiana is seeking Licensed Therapists to join our outpatient team. This hybrid role delivers telemedicine and in-person care with flexible schedules and strong work-life balance. You must hold an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT license in Indiana and be experienced with adults and/or youth.

Competitive compensation up to $107,000 per year, plus a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits. This is a W2 role with modern offices, admin support, and a collaborative team committed to quality

Qualifications

• Fully licensed as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Indiana.
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Hybrid work arrangement with telemedicine and in-person care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy to adults and/or children/adolescents.
• Deliver evidence-based care in person and via telemedicine.
• Collaborate with clinical team to support patient care.
