LifeStance Health is actively seeking Licensed Therapists in the South Bend, IN market to support the launch of our new office. This hybrid role offers flexible schedules, 100% outpatient care, and a strong support team.
We require licensed clinicians (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Indiana) with experience with adults and/or children/adolescents. Competitive compensation up to $107,001 and a sign-on bonus accompany comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Fully licensed as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Indiana.
- Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
- This is a Hybrid Role.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outpatient therapy in a hybrid model (telemedicine and in-person).
- Provide collaborative care with a collegial team.
- Support patient care through comprehensive documentation and follow-ups.
