Job summary
LifeStance Health is actively seeking Licensed Therapists in the South Bend, IN market to join our growing team and support the launch of our new office. The role is hybrid, offering telemedicine and in-person care, with flexible schedules and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications
- Fully licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Indiana.
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Hybrid role (telemedicine & in-person care) in Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychotherapy to adults and/or children/adolescents.
- Collaborate with LifeStance Health clinicians to coordinate care and maintain high-quality patient services.
