Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Action oriented, high energy, personable, mindful, and have a genuine desire to help our customers.
• Proven customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with internal/external customers.
• Advanced computer knowledge; proficient with MS Office and strong typing skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a structured fast-paced call center environment with KPIs.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 Required.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive paid training to assist customers.
• Work shifts 7am–8pm, Monday–Friday (shift set by business need).
• Provide outstanding customer service with energy and passion for Corebridge Financial products.
• Problem solve to deliver impactful solutions for customers.
• Convey policy information and company procedures clearly to customers.
• Troubleshoot complex issues involving cross-functional partners using advanced technical skills.
