Corebridge Financial is seeking an Advisor Support Professional in Houston to deliver high‑quality service to field partners and clients in a call center setting. You will resolve complex issues, manage account transfers, and respond with urgency during 8am–5pm CST shifts.

The role prefers FINRA Series 7/63 qualifications but allows non-licensed candidates who will pursue licenses. This hybrid position offers benefits and a pathway in a growing financial services organization.

Competenze

• 2+ years of inbound call center experience.
• Financial services industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, written and verbal skills.
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems.

Mansioni

• Provide quality service to field partners and clients in a call center environment.
• Advocate for VFA Broker Dealer and resolve complex issues with accuracy and urgency.
• Be available for shifts within 8am-5pm CST.
