Job summary

ECHO Incorporated is seeking a Level II Systems Support Representative to provide end-user support, troubleshoot daily service tickets, and assist with minor enhancements and development projects. This role partners with business users to train, assess issues, and ensure timely resolutions, escalating complex problems as needed.

The position is hybrid, offering work from home flexibility and on-site presence at our Lake Zurich facility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of application development and support experience.
• Hands-on development including RPG and SQL coding.
• Familiarity with Infor XA NetLink/PowerLink enhancements.
• Experience with OpenText TLi EDI, Infor XA, Infor ION.
• Strong debugging and user support skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level II support for enterprise production applications and integrated business systems.
• Monitor support queues to ensure timely response and resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, system, and user-reported issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps, root causes, and workarounds.
• Collaborate with developers and IT teams to resolve complex issues.
• Participate in on-call or after-hours support as needed.
