Job summary

FleetPride in Irving, TX is seeking an Application Support Analyst to deliver Level 2 production support for critical business applications, including Salesforce and Sterling OMS. You will handle ITSM tickets, drive incident resolution, and maintain system reliability.

You will collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, ensure SLA adherence, log incidents, and support ongoing improvements in support processes while working a hybrid schedule (Mon-Thu onsite, Fri remote).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field is preferred.
• 3-4 years of applications/support experience with IT systems.
• Experience with distribution or supply chain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 production support for core business apps.
