HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a Legal Workflow Intelligence & Digital Solutions Analyst to join one of our valued client partners in Cleveland, Ohio.

This hybrid opportunity is ideal for an experienced legal technology professional who enjoys improving legal workflows through innovative technology solutions while partnering directly with attorneys, legal professionals, and cross-functional business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, legal studies, CS, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting legal technology, legal operations, workflow improvement, or systems implementation in a law firm or legal department.
• Strong understanding of attorney workflows, matter lifecycles, litigation support, or transactional legal operations.
• Authorized to work in the United States; U.S. citizens only.
• Experience with the listed legal tech platforms or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and legal professionals to improve workflows using technology.
• Configure, implement, and support legal tech platforms for litigation, contract analysis, and legal operations.
• Develop training materials, workflow guides, and instructions for end users.
• Deliver training sessions, demonstrations, and ongoing user support.
• Monitor platform adoption and collect user feedback to improve utilization.
• Collaborate with IT, knowledge management, and practice groups on tech initiatives.
• Assist with tech deployments, upgrades, and workflow optimization projects.
• Research emerging legal technologies and AI platforms.
• Prepare reports on user adoption, tech effectiveness, and operational improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality while supporting legal professionals.
