This individual contributor role focuses on business readiness, process documentation, user adoption, testing coordination, training, deployment support, and transition activities for large-scale programs. You will partner with legal leaders, business process owners, project teams and technical stakeholders, report to the Senior Director of

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting Legal Operations, Compliance Operations, Global Trade Operations, ERP programs, complex business operations or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• 3+ years of project management experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and driving deliverables to completion.
• 3+ years of experience within Legal, Compliance, Governance, Risk, Regulatory, or Global Trade functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Legal Operations business lead for strategic transformation initiatives.
• Lead business readiness activities and ensure adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Document and validate business requirements, future-state processes, and operating procedures.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and defect management.
• Develop and deliver end-user training and adoption materials.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and change adoption activities.
• Promote clear ownership and documentation across workstreams.
