Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Legal Transformation Project Manager in Charlotte, NC, to lead complex programs spanning process optimization, governance, and stakeholder adoption. You will own end-to-end planning, execution, and measurement for global Legal Transformation initiatives, reporting to the Senior Director of Legal Operations on a hybrid schedule.

You will translate priorities into executable roadmaps, align senior stakeholders, and drive measurable business outcomes across Honeywell’s global

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex cross-functional projects or transformation initiatives
• Experience defining scope, business cases, and success measures
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive accountability without direct authority
• Experience establishing governance, risk management, and executive reporting
• Experience delivering measurable outcomes and value realization in a global or matrixed setting

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex Legal Transformation initiatives from strategy through adoption and benefits realization
• Define scope, objectives, milestones, resources, dependencies, and deliverables with executive sponsors
• Manage integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and governance
• Design governance frameworks, operating cadences, escalation paths, and accountability
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Legal, Finance, HR, IT, Communications, and Procurement
• Develop executive updates, dashboards, and recommendations communicating progress and tradeoffs
• Lead stakeholder engagement, change management, communications, training, and adoption programs
• Advise Legal leaders on project structure, governance, and operating-model considerations
• Partner with Communications/HR on Legal communications channels and intranet presence
• Develop and implement global operating models, standardized processes, and scalable standards
• Support post-implementation reviews and translate lessons into playbooks and templates
• Coach project leads and stakeholders on project and change-management practices
