Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior Attorney, Litigation to oversee an assigned portfolio of litigation and pre‑litigation matters from our Charlotte, NC office on a hybrid schedule.

You will work with legal leadership, business partners, and outside counsel to provide practical legal analysis, support matter strategy, and help manage risk, cost, and outcomes while expanding ownership and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active membership with at least one U.S. state bar.
• Typically 4–7 years of litigation experience in a law firm or in‑house environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activities for assigned litigation and dispute matters across commercial, personal injury, products liability, and pre‑litigation.
• Conduct legal research and risk assessment with senior attorneys to develop recommendations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and outside counsel on strategy, discovery, budgeting, and resolution planning.
