The Law Firm of Randall & Johnson is seeking an intake specialist to join our dedicated team in Utah/CA operations. You will handle initial contact with potential clients, gather essential case details, screen viability, schedule consultations, and maintain accurate records in our system. A flexible, team-oriented approach is essential.

You must manage a high volume of leads, communicate clearly with clients, and adapt to supportive roles as needed in a hybrid in-office/remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Proficiency in English and legal language, both written and spoken.
• 1-5 years of experience in a fast-paced position with multitasking and polished writing.

Responsabilités

• Handle initial contact with potential clients via calls and emails.
• Gather essential client details and information about the legal issue.
• Screen potential cases for viability and alignment with practice areas.
• Schedule initial consultations and appointments with attorneys.
• Record and maintain case details in the firm’s system.
• Maintain communication with clients and leads, providing updates as needed.
• Be flexible and assist team with additional services.
