Qualifications

• Experience handling intake for legal or professional services.
• Excellent phone Etiquette and active listening.
• Ability to manage multiple channels (phone/text/email).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, texts, web chats, and messages from prospective clients promptly.
• Guide callers through intake questions to determine fit for the firm.
• Book consultations and send confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
• Maintain a clean intake log to track conversions and avoid double-booking.
• Identify unsuitable cases and redirect appropriately.
