• Actively manages and prioritizes work within the firm’s workflow system to ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Reviews job requests for accuracy and required materials before production.
• Formats and proofs documents to ensure consistency with firm standards.
• Transcribes dictations as needed and supports attorneys and staff.
