Job summary

Asian Law Caucus is seeking a Legal Data & Grants Compliance Manager in San Francisco. The role focuses on ensuring data integrity across legal programs, supporting grants reporting, and maintaining compliant systems and workflows.

The position requires strong analytics, data management, and cross‑functional collaboration with attorneys, finance, and program staff. A hybrid schedule is offered with occasional travel for meetings and trainings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in legal aid, public interest law, or legal nonprofit with at least 3 years in legal data/grants.
• Excellent analytical skills with data auditing ability.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple deadlines in a grant portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor legal and case management databases for accuracy and timely entry.
• Generate and analyze reports to inform legal services and staffing decisions.
• Build data protocols and quality controls from intake to case closing.
• Create real‑time dashboards for case progression, deadlines, and grant deliverables.
• Support the improvement of internal legal systems, templates, and procedures.
• Coordinate file maintenance, conflict checks, and document retention.
