Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Billing Specialist to manage end-to-end invoice preparation in a fast-paced, professional services environment. The role supports the Revenue Management team in Denver or Salt Lake City, requiring strong collaboration across billing, attorneys, and finance functions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of legal billing experience, proficiency in Aderant/Elite/3E and Excel, and a proactive approach to resolving billing issues while meeting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Legal Billing Specialist/biller.
• Experience with Aderant or Elite/3E preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Edit prebills via Prebill Viewer and Aderant as requested by Billing Attorneys.
• Generate a high volume of complex client invoices via Aderant.
• Submit ebills via EHub with all supporting documentation.
• Address invoice rejections, reductions, and appeals; respond to inquiries.
