The International Fund for Animal Welfare is seeking a Development Coordinator, Legacy & Major Gifts, to support legacy gift administration and fundraising operations in a hybrid schedule with two days in the office. The role focuses on estate documentation, donor records, and stewardship, reporting to the Global Legacy Director and Administration Manager.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with databases/CRMs and maintaining accurate records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and related business applications.
• Ability to handle confidential donor and estate information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Process incoming legacy and estate-related correspondence within 1–3 business days.
• Maintain estate records and documentation in the CRM and files.
• Code all legacy-related revenue and donor activities per data standards.
• Upload and maintain legacy data in FreeWill and other systems.
• Support the Global Legacy Director and administration managers with coordination tasks.
• Assist with major gifts fundraising operations and donor communications.
• Support events, mailings, and donor stewardship activities.
