Oregon Humane is seeking a Senior Director of Impact & Legacy Giving to unite mid/major giving and legacy programs into one donor-centered team. This role leads a skilled fundraising staff, cultivates transformational gifts, and partners with leadership to advance revenue growth in service of animals and people.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in major gifts, donor engagement, and building durable fundraising programs that endure beyond today.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive fundraising leadership experience, with senior roles.
• Proven success in securing major and planned gifts.
• Ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a integrated team for mid/major and legacy giving, aligning talent and processes with mission.
• Engage directly with high-net-worth donors and manage a personal portfolio.
• Build and sustain relationships with executives, board and cross-functional teams.
