Job summary

Creative Benefits, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Manager of Leave Services to lead our nationwide Leave of Absence operations. The role emphasizes superior client service, proactive communication, and compliant leave administration across states. You will train staff, refine processes, and serve as the SME for evolving leave rules.

The position offers a hybrid work model with a 2-day remote setup and 3 days on-site, plus opportunity to lead key projects and grow MedLeave book of business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Leave administration experience.
• Experience across multiple states; national/all-50-state leave experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal/state disability and family leave laws; proactive in updates.
• Strong organizational and process-improvement skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Leave Services operations across teams to ensure high-level service.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, clients, vendors, and partners.
• Identify issues, improve processes, and implement efficient solutions.
• Stay updated on evolving laws and provide guidance to team and clients.
• Oversee Leave Management System configuration, accuracy, and functionality.
• Analyze pricing, services, and delivery models to stay competitive.
• Manage LOA team staffing, training, and performance, including back-up coverage.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop client content.
• Support new client implementations and special projects.
