Job summary

Brixmor is seeking an Analyst in Construction Accounting to oversee tenant allowances and leasing commissions across the national portfolio. The role administers daily financials for TA/LC requests, supports fixed assets, G&A, and debt compliance, and requires strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Accounting/Finance undergraduate degree required.
• 3+ years' experience in construction and/or real estate preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with e-Builder or comparable enterprise system is required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Review and administer Tenant Allowance reimbursement and Leasing Commission requests.
• Interpret tenant construction lease language and broker agreements.
• Manage day-to-day expenses and ensure compliance with leases and policies.
• Administer tenant improvement allowances and monitor expenditures.
• Prepare executive-level reports and analysis related to project costs.
