Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in construction and/or real estate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and administer Tenant Allowance reimbursement and Leasing Commission requests.
• Read, interpret, and comment on tenant construction lease language and broker agreements.
• Make day-to-day decisions regarding management of expenses and budgets across regions.
