Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting for assigned centers including P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, and property recoveries.
• Prepare monthly management reports with commentary and variance analysis.
• Create Net Operating Income worksheets and annual recovery papers for properties.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and year-end close processes.
• Coordinate tenant billings and CAM-related reconciliations; liaise with retailers and collections team.
• Assist with audits, property tax, insurance, and dispute resolutions.
• Support disposition accounting and prepare reviews of lease compliance.
