Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a detail-oriented Lease Administrator (Finance) to support the Real Estate team. The hybrid role will maintain accurate lease expense records for all locations and interface across accounting, A/P, and legal.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/real estate and 3+ years in lease administration, with proficiency in lease software (ManagePath, Visual Lease, Yardi, etc.) and CPI calculations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, real estate, or related field.
• 3+ years in lease administration or real estate accounting.
• Experience with commercial/retail/medical office portfolios.
• Proficiency with lease software: ManagePath, Visual Lease, Lease Harbor, Yardi.
• Strong Excel skills and CPI/calculations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret legal lease documents and amendments.
• Enter rent expenses and analyze discrepancies.
• Manage vendor contacts and updates.
• Audit operating expenses per lease terms.
• Collaborate with accounting, A/P, and legal.
• Maintain accurate lease expense records across locations.
