Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or six years equivalent work experience.
• At least two years’ experience in healthcare education/training.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning for Sanford employees, students and community members; customize curriculum and develop training materials.
• Deliver training virtually and in-person, and create online learning modules when needed.
• Maintain course catalog and quality checks; coordinate training schedules and collaborate with remote SMEs.
