GFT is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to join our HR team in Mechanicsburg, PA. This hybrid role centers on learning administration, LMS coordination, and training logistics to drive efficient talent development programs.

The ideal candidate will manage attendance, reporting, and participant support, while enabling broader strategic learning initiatives within Talent Management and HR operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience supporting HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development.

Responsibilities

• Administrates learning and development programs, tracks attendance, updates LMS, and prepares reports.
• Identifies training needs and supports program recommendations.
• Coordinates travel and logistics for training sessions and events.
• Collects feedback and monitors training effectiveness.
• Serves as liaison for training inquiries and support tickets.
• Supports succession management and capacity courses.
