Job summary

Carnival Corporation & plc seeks an Analyst, Shipboard Learning & Compensation in South Florida to analyze training effectiveness, governance, and compensation programs. You will develop metrics, dashboards, and reports across L&D and shipboard compensation, supporting peak-season bonus processing and merit increases.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in a related field and 2+ years in BI or data science, with Power BI, SQL, Python, and advanced Excel skills highly valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required; master's preferred.
2+ years of BI/tools analytics experience or equivalent coursework.
Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft 365 with advanced Excel skills; SQL/Python desirable.

Responsibilities

Analyze learning and compensation data; develop dashboards and metrics.
Support governance, data collection, and system enhancements.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and L&D to translate data needs into analytics.
Produce training and compensation reports for governance and audits.
