Maverik Inc. is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to empower our people to grow, lead, and succeed.

You will implement and support talent development initiatives that drive leadership growth, skill building, and succession planning, ensuring a culture of continuous learning and measurable impact across the organization. The role is based at our Salt Lake City Headquarters with a 4-day hybrid in-office schedule, collaborating with leaders and subject matter experts to deliver value-based

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Human Resources, Learning & Development, and/or Talent Development.
• 2+ years’ project management experience.

Responsabilités

• Support and deliver programs that enhance leadership capability, retention, and engagement.
• Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to ensure consistent, value-based experiences.
• Partner with the Talent Development Manager to drive succession planning.
• Administer engagement and recognition programs; analyze results and recommend actions.
• Deliver training, tools, and resources to support leaders and ensure engagement.
• Implement onboarding programs for new leaders and team members.
• Collaborate with SMEs to sustain learning through a train-the-trainer model.
• Support performance management and development processes incl. goal setting and feedback.
• Assist with career development frameworks and pathing discussions.
