Qualifications

• 5+ years in Human Resources, Learning & Development, and/or Talent Development.
• 2+ years’ project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver programs that enhance leadership capability, retention, and engagement.
• Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to ensure consistent, value-based experiences.
• Partner with the Talent Development Manager to drive succession planning.
• Administer engagement and recognition programs; analyze results and recommend actions.
• Deliver training, tools, and resources to support leaders and ensure engagement.
• Implement onboarding programs for new leaders and team members.
• Collaborate with SMEs to sustain learning through a train-the-trainer model.
• Support performance management and development processes incl. goal setting and feedback.
• Assist with career development frameworks and pathing discussions.

What You’ll Do In This Role

The Talent Development Specialist supports and delivers programs that enhance leadership capability, retention, and employee engagement. You’ll collaborate with leaders, subject matter experts, and the Talent Development Manager to ensure consistent, value-based experiences across the organization.

• Support and implement leadership and talent development programs that enhance capability, retention, and readiness across all levels.
• Partner with the Talent Development Manager to drive succession planning and development programs.
• Administer engagement and recognition programs, analyze results, and recommend actions to strengthen culture and team member experience.
• Deliver training, tools, and resources to support leaders and ensure a consistent and engaging experience.
• Implement onboarding programs for new leaders and team members, ensuring a value-based experience across the organization.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver and sustain learning through a train-the-trainer model.
• Support the performance management and development process, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
• Assist with building career development frameworks, identifying competencies, and guiding career pathing discussions.

You’ll be a great fit for this adventure if you have:

• 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, and/or Talent Development
• 2+ years’ project management experience
