Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Lead Facilitator in our Culture, Development, Inclusion, and Leadership (CDIL) department. You will design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, hybrid, and cohort-based leadership learning for crew members and leaders, while co-designing solutions aligned to enterprise talent priorities.

You will consult with business leaders, HR partners, and stakeholders to tailor programs, provide coaching, and reinforce learning through practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years related experience.
• Two or more years of facilitation experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating live learning experiences for groups of varying size and format.
• Experience creating engaging learner experiences through discussion and real-time adaptation to audience needs preferred.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Certifications in facilitation, coaching, instructional design, leadership development, or related disciplines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a primary facilitator for core development, leadership development, culture, and inclusion learning experiences.
• Leads enterprise-wide facilitation for onboarding and leadership development offerings.
• Facilitates instructor-led, virtual, hybrid, and cohort-based learning experiences using adult learning principles.
• Creates engaging learning environments that encourage participation, reflection, discussion, and practical application.
• Collaborates with program managers, HR partners, and stakeholders to identify development needs and recommend learning solutions.
