Community Housing Partners seeks an Assistant Director of Utility Programs to lead energy efficiency, DSM, renewable energy, weatherization, and home health and safety initiatives. You will guide program managers, drive performance, and ensure compliance across portfolios.

You'll develop leaders, manage budgets and stakeholder relationships, and identify opportunities for program improvements that advance CHP's mission to create healthy, affordable homes and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in energy, business, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in energy efficiency, DSM, renewable energy, or utility programs.
• Experience supervising managers and developing staff.
• Experience with budgets, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee implementation of utility programs and performance goals.
• Supervise and develop program managers and leaders.
• Review budgets, forecasts, and funding needs.
• Lead cross-program improvements and stakeholder partnerships.
• Represent CHP in meetings and resolve escalated issues.
