Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with .NET (C#) and React/Next.js on production systems.
• Built production Azure-based applications from ground up.
• Designed scalable systems and cloud architectures.
• Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of microservices and distributed architectures.
• Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, or equivalents.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of full-stack applications using .NET, React/Next.js, and Azure.
• Set engineering standards for code quality, testing, performance, and security.
• Make architectural decisions for new features and systems.
• Lead the integration of AI capabilities into applications, including LLM-powered features and RAG pipelines.
• Mentor engineers through pairing, design reviews, and feedback.
• Collaborate with product, design, and architecture to translate requirements into technical plans.
• Own production reliability, observability, incident response, and root-cause analysis.
• Apply security best practices across the stack, including auth and data protection.
• Partner with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment patterns.
