We are seeking a highly experienced Application Lead / .NET Tech Lead to drive the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions. This is a leadership role with strong ownership of end-to-end system architecture, GenAI engineering, and cross-functional team delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Solution Design
• Define and own system architecture across APIs, frontend, and data layers
• Create architecture diagrams, technical blueprints, and design documentation
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance GenAI systems
• Establish best practices for modular, reusable, production-ready design
• AI / GenAI Engineering
• Architect solutions using Claude API, LLMs, and agentic AI frameworks
• Design multi-agent systems, MCP integrations, and tool-based workflows
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines with vector databases
• Define prompt engineering standards and evaluation frameworks
