Job summary

Cognizant seeks a Lead QA Automation Engineer to define and implement test automation for enterprise loan servicing platforms. You will design scalable frameworks, ensure regression and API test coverage, and drive automation across the software lifecycle in a hybrid work model.

This role requires strong hands-on automation and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates will have 6+ years leading automation efforts, experience with Selenium-based frameworks, and proficiency in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or related experience.
6+ years leading manual and automated testing for large enterprise apps.
Hands-on Selenium-based automation with Java/Python/JS/C#.
Experience building automation strategies and frameworks for functional/regression/API testing.
Experience integrating tests with CI/CD tools (Jenkins/Azure DevOps/Jira etc.).

Responsibilities

Define and execute an enterprise test automation strategy.
Design scalable automation frameworks and test suites for multiple test types.
Establish automation metrics and communicate ROI to leadership.
Integrate automated tests with CI/CD and DevOps tools.
Collaborate with product, development, and architecture teams to prioritize automation.
