Responsibilities

• Serve as the embedded QA lead for assigned development teams.
• Design, build, and maintain robust automated test frameworks for web, API, and backend systems.
• Integrate automated testing suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and architects throughout the SDLC.
• Establish quality engineering standards and governance.
• Own the end‑to‑end test strategy, planning, execution, and defect management.
• Utilize AI-enabled testing tools to enhance coverage and efficiency.
• Conduct functional, integration, regression, performance, and E2E testing.
• Perform root cause analysis on production issues.
• Mentor team members on automation and shift‑left testing methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with banking and financial security regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 5+ years of hands‑on test automation experience.
• Proficiency with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Strong experience in API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
• Solid background in CI/CD integration using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Experience with Git or similar source control systems.
• Strong understanding of Agile/DevOps methodologies.
• Prior experience in banking, financial services, lending, or other highly regulated industries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
