Independence Blue Cross, LLC is seeking an experienced leader to supervise teams responsible for benefits, medical policy, and product operations enablement. You will evaluate projects, allocate resources, and ensure timely resolution of client setup tickets.

The role requires strong analytical skills and effective collaboration with internal and external partners. You will operate within a Hybrid model in the Tri-State Area (Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania), with in-office and remote work

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years as supervisor in operations, medical policy or product management.
• Experience with client setup, benefits, medical policy and claims preferred.
• Ability to manage teams with tight deliverables.
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and oversee team handling benefits, medical policy and product operations enablement.
• Evaluate projects, capacity plans and assign resources with estimated effort.
• Oversee ticket inventory to ensure timely resolution across client setup teams.
• Identify trends to improve quality and inform training needs.
• Develop timely, complete responses to business partners and collaborate on process improvements.
• Assess downstream impacts including claims processing and regulatory compliance.
