Job summary

Independence Blue Cross in the United States is seeking a Lead Configuration Solutions Analyst to drive end-to-end configuration strategies for Health Rules and Front Office systems. You will bridge business needs with technology, analyze feasibility, and deliver solutions across operations teams.

You will collaborate on tickets, process improvements, and operational analytics, while maintaining awareness of enterprise objectives and ensuring timely, scalable configurations in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with HealthRules Payer and healthcare domain is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and deliver end-to-end configuration solutions for HealthRules Payer.
• Collaborate with Operations teams to optimize processes and system releases.
• Resolve tickets and implement process improvements in ServiceNow per SLAs.
• Provide operational analytics and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Maintain a global view of integrations across portals, file feeds, and downstream systems.
