You will bring 5+ years in early childhood settings with leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to child-centered learning.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in early childhood education; at least 2 years in a leadership/management role.
• In-depth knowledge of early childhood development theories and pedagogical approaches.
• Proven experience in staff management, curriculum development, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and operational resources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the early learning center, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage, mentor, and support a team of early childhood educators and support staff.
• Develop and implement a high-quality, play-based curriculum that meets developmental milestones.
• Foster strong relationships with parents and guardians, ensuring open communication and active involvement.
