Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead at our child care center to inspire and guide young learners daily. As a Teacher, Communicator, Mentor, Leader and Expert, you’ll oversee classroom instruction, family engagement, and staff development.

You will help manage curriculum, open and close the center in absence of Directors, and ensure licensing guidelines are followed while delivering safe, engaging, age-appropriate activities for preschool children.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility and leading a classroom.
• Ability to implement lesson plans and maintain curriculum.
• Strong communication with families to promote child achievement.
• Willingness to mentor and train fellow teachers.

Responsibilities

• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of children.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Communicate with families to support center success.
• Assist with or take on Director/Assistant Director duties in absence.
