Job summary

Avanos Medical, Inc. is seeking a Lead Compensation Analyst for a hybrid role that requires three days in the office weekly. The role leads complex compensation projects, aligns salary structures with business goals, and coordinates global and local pay programs.

We value advanced Excel skills, HRIS experience, and a track record of partnering with executives to drive strategic decisions. A Bachelor’s degree in HR/business is required; CCP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a compensation role.
• Ability to lead others and manage complex problems independently.
• Experience designing and administering salary structures and incentive plans, including executive compensation.
• Knowledge of pay equity and compensation-related regulations and audits.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to advise senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead market, industry, and internal data analyses to develop competitive compensation strategies.
• Manage complex job evaluation projects and ensure alignment with goals.
• Develop and administer global and local salary structures and incentive programs.
• Create and manage executive and international compensation plans.
• Coordinate annual compensation planning, reviews, and incentive administration.
• Advise senior leadership and HR partners on compensation and reward programs.
