Job summary

Ekspert Counsel invites applications for a Business Development Coordinator to support the firm’s marketing and business development initiatives in a collaborative professional environment. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of law firm marketing or business development experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

This is a hybrid position with in-office and remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of marketing and/or business development experience within a law firm.
• Experience with CRM databases and marketing technology platforms preferred.
• Hybrid schedule with in-office and remote flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic business development initiatives designed to strengthen client relationships and cross-sell opportunities.
• Assist with pitches, RFPs, proposals, and customized client presentations.
• Research prospective clients, existing clients, competitors, and market trends for outreach.
• Coordinate directory submissions, rankings, and award submissions with deadlines.
• Plan and execute client events, sponsorships, seminars, conferences, and networking.
• Manage conference attendance, sponsorships, speaker submissions, and post-event follow-up.
• Assist thought leadership, including article placements and speaking engagements.
• Maintain representative matters, deal lists, and practice group materials.
• Manage CRM data integrity and support targeted campaigns.
• Assist with website content, social media, and marketing collateral.
• Support budgeting, expense tracking, and vendor invoices; coordinate with vendors.
