Our client, a leading AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Associate Attorney for its Atlanta office. This hybrid role offers exposure to sophisticated employment matters in a collaborative environment, requiring strong litigation experience and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Ideal candidates have a JD from a top-tier law school, active GA bar admission, and 3–8 years of relevant experience, including employment litigation in state and federal courts.

Formación

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Georgia, in good standing.
• 3–8 years of substantive labor and employment law experience.
• Significant experience in employment litigation, including matters in state and federal courts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and as part of a team.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Experience at a large or well-regarded law firm is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Represent management in employment-related claims before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and participate in depositions and hearings.
• Advise clients on day-to-day employment issues and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop litigation strategy and deliver practical, business-oriented solutions.
