Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, food science, engineering technology, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of laboratory or production experience preferred; internships or academic lab experience acceptable.
• Basic knowledge of lab procedures, instrumentation, and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Standards Production: serve as secondary operator; safely mix and handle large tanks of solution; operate tubing machine per SOPs; produce calibration bottles; maintain equipment; record batch/maintenance data.
• Lab Testing & Validation: execute test protocols for new development and DFM changes; collect accuracy, repeatability, and performance data on AQUALAB instruments; document results with traceability; back up Lab Services by testing paid customer samples; validate finished standards lots against specifications.
