Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of laboratory or production experience preferred; internships or academic lab experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as secondary operator in the standards lab and cover production when the primary technician is absent.
• Safely mix and handle large tanks of solution to meet quality specs.
• Operate tubing machine to produce reference standard products per SOPs.
• Produce calibration bottles for production.
• Maintain and repair tubing machine, tanks, and other equipment.
• Keep area clean to prevent contamination; record batch and maintenance data accurately.
• Execute test protocols for new development and DFM changes.
• Collect accuracy and repeatability data on AQUALAB instruments.
• Document results with traceability and report defects.
• Back up Lab Services by testing paid customer samples per SOPs.
• Validate finished standards lots against specifications and maintain traceability.
