Omd in Los Angeles is seeking a Manager, Media Finance Operations to partner with Media, Finance, and Budget Management teams. You will govern budgets, perform reconciliations, and ensure accuracy across media investments in Prisma and related systems.

The ideal candidate brings advanced Excel skills and a solid finance background, with ability to explain complex concepts to stakeholders across levels in a hybrid work environment.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Finance, Media, and Budget Management inquiries.
• Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly budget tracking and reporting.
• Oversee budget revisions and documentation of changes.
• Support financial actualizations and reconciliations in Prisma and similar systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure budgets, invoices, and reconciliations are accurate.
