Omnicom, via OMD, seeks a Manager of Finance Operations to partner with Media, Finance and Budget teams, ensuring campaigns are financially accurate, compliant, and efficient. You will drive budget governance, reporting, reconciliations, and QA for media investments while guiding teams through client-specific processes.

The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and capable of communicating with stakeholders at all levels across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in media finance and finance operations.
• Advanced Excel skills with large datasets and budget tracking.
• Experience with Prisma, MediaOcean or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Finance background preferred; candidates with strong quantitative skills from media planning/buying will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Finance, Media, and Budget Management inquiries.
• Govern weekly, monthly, and quarterly budget tracking and reporting.
• Oversee budget revisions and document changes accurately.
• Support financial actualizations and reconciliations in Prisma and other systems.
• Ensure budgets, invoices, and reconciliations are completed accurately and timely.
• Maintain QA standards across budget documents and tools.
• Manage ad hoc budget requests and reporting needs.
• Monitor timelines and deadlines.
• Train stakeholders on client-specific financial processes.
