Job summary

Imprivata is seeking a Learning & Development Program Manager for a hybrid role based in our Waltham, MA office. You will own the development, implementation, and ongoing management of learning programs that strengthen employee skills and leadership capabilities.

You will design experiences, coordinate stakeholders, deliver training, and use data to continuously improve program impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for in-person and virtual sessions.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual learning platforms.
• Proven experience managing L&D projects from concept through optimization.
• Knowledge of adult learning practices and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the lifecycle of L&D programs from discovery to continuous improvement.
• Partner with contributors to identify skill gaps and drive career development initiatives.
• Design curricula, facilitator guides, participant materials, and blended learning resources.
• Develop and manage Management Development Program and other enterprise learning initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate program delivery, including schedules, enrollment, and vendors.
• Assist with creating and executing L&D strategies aligned to growth and priorities.
• Establish evaluation methods to measure participation, learner experience, and business impact.
• Research trends to ensure innovative and impactful programs.
