UC Davis Health is seeking a Transplant Coordinator to coordinate care for adult and pediatric transplant patients across pre-, intra-, and post-transplant stages, and to oversee living donation processes. The role emphasizes education, leadership, and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

The position is 100% time, hybrid (on-site/remote), located in Sacramento, with a competitive salary and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid CA RN license without restriction
• AHA/ARC BLS or UC Davis Health CPR
• BSN from an accredited school; at least six months of clinical experience
• One year of solid organ transplant experience
• English reading/writing/speaking skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Knowledge of current nursing trends
• Commitment to excellence in patient care
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Accountability and professionalism
• Adaptability to change in a positive, professional manner
• Knowledge of legal implications in clinical practice and documentation
• Knowledge of performance improvement and evidence-based practice
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care considering development and physiological characteristics
